Really great little pub with loads of character and a very friendly atmosphere. Simon behind the bar was chatting and welcoming and the last who was in was lovely too. Would have been a 5 ???? but I was a bit limited on beer selection, although I did get one new ale (Short & Stout by Three Brothers).
These guys are about to open a brewery and tap house up the road. Should be fantastic and can't wait to visit it. Best wishes on the exciting new venture.
Very friendly staff. Cosy inside but outside area great for people watching and sun socialising. No food just good drinks and company, whether on your own or in company.
Good beer nice friendly atmosphere. Pub is dinky and got bags of character. Great decking area with views down the high street. Last time I was in it was a bookshop years ago this is a massive improvement. I think this is the best place for a pint in Stokesley now.
Great selection of beers and kept to a high standard. The service was good and very knowledgeable about the beers and very friendly. Either drink inside or outside. It's a great place to grab a beer.
Good ale. Lovely staff. Its a micro pub so it is small and you have to deal with that. Looking forward to the warmer weather when we can drink on the patio.
The cask ales were terrible all three of them , the staff couldn't do enough , very friendly , wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Very small and as a result super cosy. Great selection of ales and other beers. Non beer options also available. Organised events at the Green Man are worth attending.
