The ground floor dentist is a good and kind dentist and I want to recommend her. They know how to do the job and people should go there to get help with their teeth.
Avoid at all costs. They don’t send you text reminders or email reminders. They’re very outdated in how they operate.
Very rude as well. Just useless.
I've been a few times and they are amazing. The dentist is kind, knowledgeable, and gives you all the time you need to answer questions. She doesn't just refer you to a hygienist to do the work, which saves a lot of money. Easy to get an appointment too! Highly recommended ????????
Amazing practice I have been a patient of this practice for many years and my family and friends too!!! theses people are leaving reviews on the wrong west green dental surgery that's not nice!! The dentist's Angela And Deesha and so informative in explaining treatment that needs to be done never do anything unless you give your full consent to the treatment. Always making sure your happy to continue with your treatment and making sure that you are at ease and comfort.

If I could give 0 stars I would - people avoid this dentist at all cost they are dodgy. The receptionist that loads of people here complain about is so rude, she has no people skills and only god knows how she's lasted there so long must be a relative. I clearly went in for my appointments and was asked am I on benefits to which I said no and I paid for all services. Now someone tell me why after a couple of months I receive a penalty letter saying at the time I put I was on benefits - after calling to find out the receptionist hanged up on me and was so rude and refused to even help. When I called the NHS Business Service Authority they confirmed the surgery put this down for me and how dodgy it was that they took payment and did this as they were unsure where my money was gone. After sending screenshots and them cancelling my case they advised to not go there anymore and they will be investigating this dental surgery. Stay away at all cost, also get a nicer receptionist as a South Asian women myself this woman needs to learn to have some class and honestly if you look that miserable all the time leave your job.
Availability of appointments is very good. Trustworthy and reliable service -very happy with all the treatments I’ve had here. Will stay as a patient as long as I live here.
Been there a few times and Ms A Hoque is fantastic. Definitely recommend especially if you are a nervous patient. I've seen negative reviews about the receptionist but always found her to be very pleasant.
