There are no appropriate words for this jewel of a property. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile. Everyone went above and beyond for our Solar Eclipse package. As a former event coordinator, I wanted to compliment your team for putting on such a well organized package. We enjoyed every moment. Dining options were amazing! My partner had the dry aged rib eye, and I had salmon. They were both delicious and beautifully presented. Our bar tender and server that evening was the fabulous Lisa! Later in the evening we went to the wine bar and had an equally wonderful experience. Cy takes his "craft" very seriously, and watching him work was like art in motion. The Roman Bath was fantastic, and a wonderful viewing site for the eclipse. The next morning, we were treated to being served breakfast by Lisa again! I can assure you that we will be back!|Oh, the room was very well appointed, clean, with a comfortable bed, and lovely linens.|This trip was perfect! Absolutely ???? top notch! Well done!!
This resort actually blew me away. From the spacious and comfortable rooms to the staff all being extremely helpful and polite, and even the events they hosted for children on Easter weekend was super fun! I’m so glad we chose to come here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! The pool area was clean and well attended by staff with lifeguards. The restaurant had an amazing breakfast and was priced reasonably. Overall, we had an amazing experience here with my kids and would love to come back again with just my husband and I for an adult getaway. There is so much to do here!
Loved the decor, drinks, and food! Can’t wait to return in the summer! Our friends are members, and they love it. One pool was extra warm, and people were swimming despite the cold temperature. I had seafood and it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed his/her food. Drinks were “extra” good.
It was an amazing trip. The chophouse had amazing food! All of the amenities were great, however, I would put in a suggestion for karaoke and maybe a local nightclub scenery (dancing music with a DJ maybe a a few shows-magic shows or stand-up comedy). Overall everything was great. We were just looking for a few more things to do aside from what was already there.
We had a grand experience at The Grand Resort this weekend for my husband's birthday celebration. From check in to check out was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean and the beds are so comfortable. Each restaurant that we ate at had delicious food and great service. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again real soon.
Overall the staff was great outside of the spa staff, which was the main purpose of the visit to the resort which was to get away and relax as a busy mom of 3. Never in my life have I had such an experience, to which I was burned from a spa towel that was too hot. Not to mention the staff seem to be rushed with back to back appointments, which you can tell services are rushed. I actually feel bad for them as well. I am always reasonable was the last appointment of the day and when I realized I was burned I returned to the spa in the morning. The front desk staff were actually shocked and more apologetic than management. I received a call from the director who actually tried the blame the burn on my skin! I wasn’t offered a credit, told they would review the photos provided and I was never called back. In addition I attempted to contact the resort manager who never responded. To this place, you don’t matter - I would not recommend going here when there are so many other better resorts in Ohio!
12 of us went there to celebrate my 50Th birthday. The facility was excellent with many amenities including numerous onsite restaurants, bars, Roman bath, and cigar lounge. The rooms was clean and was decorated for Easter. The serve from Hailey and food at the Chop House restaurant was 5 stars, the best serve I have had in years. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars in because of the unbearable guest above us.
They definitely make you feel like you're a million bucks as soon as you walk in. We definitely will be back. The spa is absolutely wonderful. We got the Vichy shower, the signature and classic pedicures. Y'all..... It's definitely worth it!
