I have been living here for around 4 months now and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect and I love being able to walk to the YMCA next door. It feels secluded but is still only 15-30 minutes away from any major shopping area. The staff are amazing and are always putting on fun events, including a food truck every Friday!! Maintenance responds to requests super quick and is very friendly. Alanna and Andrew are lovely and incredibly helpful with whatever you need. I haven’t been here yet for the summer, but I can’t wait to enjoy the pool and the plethora of local trails when the weather starts to heat up. The unit is very nice, spacious, and modern. This is my first apartment and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Look no further than The Grand!!
Can’t wait to move into this beautiful property on Friday. From the moment I casually stopped by to inquire about an apartment, and got an immediate showing, Alanna and the team at The Grand have been great. It seems that everything is turnkey and they’ve used the best technologies to make everything quick and simple from the background check to lease signing. Everything is clean and orderly and I can only imagine it will be that much better once the snow melts and the grass grows. Come check them out!

The apartments are lovely, in a gorgeous setting, and free coffee at the Club house is a Godsend.

The perfect community for our family. From finding and touring with the real estate agent, Becky, who was absolutely phenomenal, to finalizing, inspection and moving in with Andrew/Gail who made sure things went smoothly, we love this home!
The property is kept beautifully with high expectations for compliance of community members—which allows everyone to continue to have pride in where they live. Andrew is the best there is when it comes to managing luxury properties—we get timely responses to any repairs needed, and he is communicative of events and needs. He does a wonderful job given the capacity of the community.
I urge anyone who sees negative reviews to understand the need for high quality standards and our social responsibility in this community. This is aligned to the cost we pay to live here—which I believe is accurately aligned with the quality we receive.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with this facility, and the staff so far! We are relocating from Michigan and the care, responsiveness and detailed responses I've received from the start from both Becky and Andrew have been FANTASTIC. This team has gone over and above to make our move stress-free and provide us anything we needed from answers to questions, to a virtual tour of the home we chose! I'm SO looking forward to bringing our pups home and I can't stress ENOUGH how amazing this team is to work with. THANK YOU!
Very helpful at move in. Place is nice. It is clean, and comfortable. I have been here nearly two months. I hope it continues.
Today 5/2/2024 I went to see an apartment and I was assisted by Alanna Korris who is a very kind person and all my questions were answered apart from the fact that the place is very nice and everything was very clean, I was delighted and although I wasn't able to live in that place, it doesn't take away from how beautiful it is ????
This place is absolutely beautiful. Luv the setting. Trees too!! Trail for walking/riding. The Staff is utterly fantastic.
