Excellent food, well cooked, well presented, friendly welcoming staff. Georgie makes the best cocktails. Can order at table, lots of space ???? we'll be back ????????
Dreadful. Music far too loud for a quiet night when most people were on their own watching the football. Obviously a supply issue can’t be helped, but this place feels like it has gone downhill even considering the current difficulties. Such a real shame as this is a nice venue in a nice location and I’ve enjoyed other visits.
Visited on a Cold, windy Friday to be greeted by a warm and welcoming team. We were greeted like old friends and were made to feel very welcome. I enjoyed a Pint of Guinness and my wife took advantage of the 2 for one cocktails. Service was exceptional and we can’t recommend enough. Thank you to James, Katie and Jo for a wonderful afternoon, we will see you soon
My first time visiting the pub yesterday. Lovely experience, brilliant food and from requesting a good seat to the screen for the United game to the manager, that was certainly delivered. We all enjoyed our experience here and will certainly be back again. Thank you.
The manager and her team impress each time. We have had lunch in several occasions at GE hotel. With two kids under four it can be struggle to find a place that has great service and food delivery. George Elliott Hotel doesn't disappoint.
Upstairs toilets are clean.
Nice big spacious bar. Good outside space, friendly staff
I don't visit the George very often, but whenever I'm in Nuneaton town centre I always find myself thinking "why not". The staff are friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the food is always fresh. Highly recommended.
I'd also like to give a shout out to the tall-ish lad with thinning hair (I think by the name of James), who always seems to go the extra mile to make sure the experience is the best possible.
Good food but soft drinks from post mix were warm and flat. Disabled toilet seemed to be used by anybody who couldn't be bothered to walk upstairs and by one person as a telephone booth. Saved by the menu and well prepared food , service was friendly too
