This is the worst dental practice ever! Two major problems that I had here. They have no respect for patients. Do not admit to their mistakes made by admin. Instead of advising the best treatment that could be offered on NHS they want to over charge you privately. Dishonesty and horrible behaviour!
I have been a patient at this practice for many years. The team there from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist are all very professional, helpful, understanding and nothing is too much trouble. A great experience again with Dentist Michelle Eustaquio has prompted me to write this review, I don’t know why I haven’t before. Thank you all very much for all your excellent care over the years.
Today I had my hygiene check done at this wonderful dental practice. Provider Amanda Scott what a wonderful lady, she did a fantastic job, did thorough cleaning she was very gentle and very nice explained everything thoroughly about the after care.
Yesterday I was seen by Provider Thavavathanee Bavaharan such a kind lady did all my X-rays and explained everything about the pain I was having.
I highly recommend this practice everyone is so friendly and kind from receptionist to dentists.
3-8-2023 I was again seen by the most wonderful and kindhearted Provider Thavavathanee Bavaharan she is just amazing, she has got such warmth in her heart the way she treats her patients, I always feel so loved and cared as if we are being treated by our mother ????❤️ she deserves so much appreciation. She did my filling and explained everything so nicely. Always a pleasure seeing her.
Very friendly staff.
Hygienist is very good. Didn’t take any short cuts. Took her time and made sure my teeth were as clean as possible.
For a dental appointment it was pretty relaxing too.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff!
The whole process from calling up to being seen was very quick and efficient. I was in pain for the last 3 days and today I finally called the practice and the lovely receptionist did her best to fit me in as soon as she could, which I much appreciate. Thank you so much!
Worst practice imaginable. Missed appointment due to being HOSPITALISED! Called immediately I got released and was informed I’ve been removed from the practice. Despite the fact she just took mould of my teeth for a denture. Such a terrible upsetting experience. Especially with all my health issues not to mention severe mental health issues. This practice is GENUINELY HEARTLESS. Please if you’re suicidal, depressed or dealing with health issues that may cause unpredictable emergencies, PLEASE STAY AWAY for the safety of your mental health and wellbeing. The way I was spoken to left me severely depressed and in tears. Please AVOID this place and find places that genuinely care about their patients.
They used to be really good. Since covid the waiting times and service has gone right down.
I booked an appointment for my kids in, I think Nov to be seen in only Feb(2022.. I think) !
Then when I waiting to this much awaited appointment, the doc did not carry out any routine cleaning that is part of a normal appointment. She just examined their teeth. I was worried about this and said as they havent seen a dentist due to covid for a long time , can she please at least clean the plaque...the lady refused and said its nhs or some such guidelines due to covid and that I should take them to the hygenist if I want any cleaning done at all.
I was not happy that she is making me pay for something that is part of her routine appointment and said so.I also said all covid restrictions have been lifted ages ago so why are you still even talkibg about covid. !!
They did this until my kids' last visit in 22.
I then find out from another mum I met, who is a dentist elsewhere that there is no such guideline. Its the dental practice may be. So they were lying as well ? I dont know. But beware.
No longer allowed to book appointments because I “have missed too many” even though it makes sense to contact the patient prior to booking them and the fact my contact details were changed and I wasn’t contacted via other contact options. Been with this practice for many many years and this is how they’ve decided to go about things.
