Love it here and often go on Sundays for a sit in cooked dinner, bloody lovely never any issues.
Ordered a takeaway dinner today, shocking!! £42 for peas, cabbage and carrots! We wanted 3 adult dinners and received 2 with the amount we had. with no Yorkshire puddings or roast potatoes. Absolutely gutted.
Excellent food and reasonably priced for a restaurant, cooked to perfection, also the extras like mushrooms/onion rings are a very good serving for the cost (look at pics), the chips are home made/chunky and lovely to, good service and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back for more ????
What a waste of money had better food in hospital, raw vegetables bits of the head of cabbage the meat was very bland.
Yorkshire puddings were soft and soggy you could tell they were cheap frozen ones.
Poor presentation salt packets damp, walls damp in the dining and you could smell it right through, £2 for a can of Diet Pepsi.
The person doing the carvery was rude to my wife and rather insulting, Poor service not even checked on just chucked in a back room then when we went to pay the staff were more interested in watching football than asking how it was and £14 per person no where near worth it people who say they enjoy it must have an uneducated pallet
Food fantastic. The fountain burger very tasty and well presented. Bit disappointed that the cheesecake was a baked version and not specified when the list was given as I'm not a fan. Little bit cold in dining room.

Was informed that the Sunday dinner was amazing…. however, the food delivered can not possibly what is served in the pub. Frozen peas, carrots etc . Threw it away
Wednesday is carvery day and was beautiful a lot better than the margam deer in Port Talbot and the malteaser cheese cake with ice cream was lovely.
Lovely staff great service and a very tasty carvery and a dessert was delish! Would recommend ????
Great service and lovely food. We've been meaning to go here for years for Sunday Lunch and wish we'd done it sooner. Loads of meat!!
