They don't have smoothies. They have "tea" and shakes. The flavored tea seems like flavored water to me. It's pretty and sweet tasting. Not sure if it's actually "healthy". But looking online I was expecting a healthy smoothy option.
The workers were at least friendly.
Always friendly when I stop in and I love the different flavors of the week. Always something new to try. Perfect shakes after a good workout and the boosted teas are amazing as well.
I went for thr first time yesterday and they have great healthy options that are filling and delicious. Not to mention, a super friendly staff. Additionally, they have so many tasty options and it doesn't taste like you standard "protein shake." I got the smores one and it was soooo good! Definitely will be returning :)
Each time I go, they are so helpful in finding exactly the flavors I want! They are so patient and will always walk me through each step and ingredient. I always leave happy (and full!)!
I now always visit The Fit Hub when I'm back in town visiting family!

Great place. First time visit, and the owners took a lot of time to explain their drinks and services. I got a shake, my wife got some goofy "Wonder Woman " drink. Both were real good, and gave each of us a needed boost of energy.
Great environment to get your mind focused on short term and long term goals, bc of the delicious tea with added vitamins, and very friendly staff.
This place is great! I visited for the first time today and they were quick to help with what I was craving. I got a peanut butter shake and it was really good. Not only that but this place has a really cool vibe too. Can’t wait to try their endless shake menu. They have so many flavors! ????????????????????????????????
