Brought my mom here for her birthday and we loved it! She is allergic to shrimp but loves fish...the catch being most places fry the fish and shrimp in the same fryer. Their cook, Nick, was nice enough to fry hers separate so she could enjoy her favorite food on her special day. The hospitality was outstanding, the food was fresh and plentiful. Would go back and recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the best part? The view of the lake. Gorgeous.
Overrated.
I've tried the boneless wings with soup and salad special and the catfish platter. I'm not a fan of their portion sizes. The chicken strips are or because they're endless but we got 5 small catfish nuggets as our platter. The best part of coming here is the salad bar and the soup. I love the loaded baked potato. Don't expect much when you dine here and you won't be disappointed.
Was better then expected. It was pouring rain outside and I figured a few more campers would be there. Fish and hush puppies were good. Everything is fried, so if that is not your thing be warned. Also, very limited beer selection for being on the lake.
Wonderful experience! Great food, fantastic service. They were fast and friendly and accommodated all of our needs - we had a party of 10 (we of course called ahead for a reservation). Scenery is beautiful and the place is very clean. Can't wait to go back!
Nice fish and chips and great workers
Everything, the staff , the owner were awesome. The food was excellent. We had flounder and it was the best fish. They made sure everything was good and took good care of us. We will be back for sure. And I know the defiantly will remember us, I mean him lool
If you haven't been here before then you need to make the trip! It was our first time and the food was amazing. Excellent wait staff as well. More than reasonably priced. Great find.
Over an hour wait. Not to mention tables getting served who were seated long after we were. The salmon tasted like boiled fish fat, and the hand breaded shrimp were cold. The best tasting thing of the night was the flat soda ????????
