just lost a good customer, ordered food through food hub at 6pm it's now 8.20pm no food, rang at 7pm to say tell me i have not payed when I payed online. then he was very rude and put the phone down.
I have always used this shop and order £40- £50 worth of food to my mother's when we are there every month. well you have now lost my family's business. We will not be ordering from here anymore. disgusting attitude. with very little pure English. if you answer a phone in England learn to speak the language at least.
Absolutely disgusted! We placed an order on just eat, the deal was buy 1 pizza and get 1 free on collection.
I go to pick it up and he refuses to give us the second pizza saying the deal is cash only, in a pandemic
really? Wonder why? Not putting it through the books me thinks? He says it's a just eat problem even though he accepted the order. Will not be going back.
Disgusting food and disgusting service. Luckily I ordered through just eat so we could get a refund. Waited over half an hour on top of the estimated delivery time and when we received the order it was incorrect. So disappointed in the service. Called to inform them of the incorrect order for us to be met with hostility and told they could get the order to us in a couple of days! Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend and will not be using this restaurant again!
Worst experience ever! Ordered our food from just eat and waited over 90mins for 2 lots of fish and chips. When I called to ask about the wait the person on the phone was extremely dismissive. I called again and was again dismissed. When the food finally arrived the order was wrong! We then called and was told they wouldn't rectify my order, at this point my wife decided to speak to them. Only to be met with a rude and ignorant woman on the other end of the phone. By far the worst fast food restaurant in hartlepool and I do not recommend to anyone
Took absolutely ages to deliver our food and then I ordered two large fish and chips and ended up getting one small fish and one large. The food was cold as well. Absolutely disgusting!! Not happy at all!
Incredible value. Though it's in a very rough part of town. Be cautious if you choose to go there.
