Do not patronize this establishment. We ordered breakfast before our flight. Our table was dirty and never cleaned. Our waitress took our order but never put it in. We waited for 30 mins to find this out.
Our waitress never returned. As we walked out, an older couple saw us at the door and said “if you’re waiting to go in, don’t wait, just go sit. They are the worst”
This was my first time in Indianapolis airport. I had no idea what I wanted. A three hour delay and I can’t even go home tonight. Oh no! I’m so not happy. But, this place is so awesome. I had an amazing fountain square grain salad, a minestrone soup that was just as delish and my favorite red wine Pinot. Thanks Indianapolis Grown for the Love. And shout out to my fabulous server Megan!! Til next time girl????
All meats Flatbread was good. Gina was pleasant. Great atmosphere. My first time with non breakfast food here. All has been great so far.
Really disappointed from the flat bread wild mushroom pizza- almost nothing on a very thin crust. Literally few mushrooms, few crumbs of goat cheese, few leaves of arugula and barely some onion. The Creekbend wine was also flat and all of this for 44.13$
Excellent service. The food is mediocre at best. My fries were really old and my sandwich was just thrown together and cold.
Be careful of the grab and go items, no prices are listed anywhere. Then you get slammed on the price at checkout. We had the Amish Chk Bowl, two grab sandwiches, an apple, and 2 drinks....$65!!!!!! Then the receipt had no detail. I wonder if I just got snookered??!!
Unfortunately the server at the bar was very rude. I order chicken noodle soup and a side of fries with ranch. They said they didn't have ranch which is fine I got honey mustard. I was brought a bowl of corn chowder and told that they were out of chicken noodle but to let her know if I didn't like it. I said it's fine, I'm in an airport so naturally I'm in a hurry. The table says "pay here" at the QR code so I did that and was at the point of it linking to my Google pay card and pressed pay as the server walked up with the handheld register. My page on my phone refreshed after I clicked pay and she said it doesn't work on there. I said well it linked to my Google pay and she said your charges are still here. I decided to pay and then just dispute the second charge if I have one later. The machine timed out so she had to return to the table. She stared while I selected the tip, and then it doesn't have any indication that you can tap the card on the machine so as I'm trying to insert it she grabs my card out of my hand and taps it herself and rudely asks "want a receipt"? I say absolutely. It prints and she walks away without saying a word. Enjoy your $3. I worked in the food service industry for 10 years I know a bad attitude when I see one.
This experience was on 10/25/23 around noon.
The gal at the counter was nice. I ordered food intending to eat there. The waitress came up and would not let me sit in dining room because I ordered at counter. I did nit know and there were no signs. I had alrady paid, otherwise I would have went someqgere else. Dining room only had one person.
