Lovely country pub. Extensive menu to choose from, big portions, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Would recommend booking in advance and only open Thursday to Sunday.
We stayed here camping very good rates and clean toilets. We had a meal 2 of the 3 nights in the restaurant when we were camping. Fantastic food and very friendly staff especially the cleaner who we met on the morning or our arrival and the waitresses who also worked in a school unfortunately I didn't get their names. A true credit to the business and the team ???? we will return thanks
been to the eaves inn tonight for daughters birthday meal. wow what a wonderful meal the ribs were amazing the feathered blade beef was out of this world. Louise the waitress was funny attentive very accommodating nothing too much trouble even coped with fussy eater.#tony. thank you very much
If you are in the area and are looking for a great meal and a pint then this is the place for you. Friendly staff and locals make this a good place to visit.
Cosy and a very friendly welcome. I had the roast beef, plate of food was a big portion of meat. More than enough and then lots of veg too.. very nice and very good value.
Update: Just been again, I had fish goujons as a starter from the specials. It would have done me as a main!
Was very well looked after by Lisa and James who was very knowledgeable about all the drinks, he was helping me work my way through the gins recommending mixers that compliment
Stayed at the pubs camping & Motorhome site and enjoyed Saturday Dinner & Sunday Lunch the food is excellent and portions are very generous.

Absolutely loved it. I've read all the negative posts in the past and they are all petty and unfounded. The toilets and showers were clean at all times, pub food was excellent and good value for money. And the staff are very friendly too. I will definitely return and tell all my friends about it.. Amazing !! The food was delicious, I went for the beef blade the portions are huge and all freshly cooked, yes you have to wait for this as you would expect.
Beers was great too. Lines were obviously very well kept.
Lou was lovely. As was Pauline the owner all made us feel extremely welcome including our dog.
The locals also made us welcome and sat with us drinks and a chat after our meal.
Will definitely be back!!
