First time there, Saturday 3rd September 2022, and it was absobloominlutely brilliant!
Fantastic live band - Molly's Lips - and a super warm welcome by the staff and patrons alike. Everyone was more than happy to help/have a giggle.
Cannot rate highly enough.
Lovely warm welcome by the staff, we were 4 ladies just enjoying a quiet drink.
Had the best day here today the landlord and lady were amazing we only called for 1 drink but ended staying all afternoon is worth travelling from wigan for a visit! See you soon guys xxxx
Absolutely brilliant pub. The landlord and landlady, jim and Kelly are lovely people who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There is always something happening from live bands to comedy nights, quiz nights, even fitness sessions upstairs in the function room. The food menu is great and value for money. Really I dont have a bad thing to say at all.
Such a warm welcoming pub, amazing landlord and landlady, frequent entertainment from live music to comedy nights and also quiz nights, traditional ales and every type of gin you coukd wish for, lovely outside area at the back, a grwat atmosphere, recommend everyone to give this pub a try yiu won't be disappointed ????????

Warm welcome from the new landlord and landlady, they have yet to put their own stamp on the place. No food at the moment but I understand there will be some evening entertainment arranged.
