Really great customer service! So I went in for a particular cartridge that he didn't happen to have on hand and he opened a brand new vape and sold me a cartridge knowing that he wouldn't be able to sell that vape to a customer until he got it replaced. Ill be back for sure.
Selling to minors. Ridiculous. My teenager used his debit card there...
Went in there to get a pod Vape since my Goto place was closed. Guy insisted it would last the full 2,500 hits, and the one's I was buying from other places were generic. Don't have anywhere close to that, and it is already blinking. Plus, been smoking it on low. Definitely not worth $25. Too add, guy was more interested in talking to his friend on the phone, then helping me out.
Simply amazing selection, service, and prices. Owner and staff were extremely helpful with questions and helping me with all my needs. They also made suggestions of products I would not have normally noticed that I ended up purchasing. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
It was pretty chill. Everybody there got some good vibes, good energy. You know I go into Dragon and it’s like these dudes got no chill, I got into Volcano and it’s cheaper yeah, but decently FAKE A** vapes. Plus Volcano is selling to minors. HIGHLEY recommend The Dungeon. Prices may be a little up but HEY! If you if you got Ann addiction you best be able to afford it.
They're all super respectful and helpful, especially E. He's extremely attentive and makes sure you're getting the best deal possible with whatever you're looking for. The shop is super clean and always has top of the line products :) highly recommend going to them for anything you need
The son and dad are very friendly but other employees are kind of Snoddy. Some of their product is high but they work with you on stuff for the most part
