We did not stay at the motel but slipped into the bar side for a quick meal. Special of the day was a terrific Buffalo chicken wrap and French fries. My wife and I split the wrap. One meal was enough for us both. The battered French fries stole the show. Very light and thin batter gave these fries extra crunch with nothing soggy. Wife and I both agreed that if we knew the fries were that good, we would have just each had our own order and skipped the entrée. Service was quick without being rushed. We loved the seat yourself service.
Restaurant was great. The lady who took care of us was an absolute delight. For management, it was 03/15 around 3pm.

The food was honestly the best I've had in a hot minute. It was fresh, well done and clearly high quality. And this was during the off season! 10/10 experience
Terrible restaurant. Awful food. Service wasn’t bad. Dead flies all over the windowsill. I have never had a worse meal in my life. Prices do not reflect the quality of the food. Just terrible.
The rooms for a midweek stay were reasonable for an off season reservation. The food was pretty good and the service was on top of it for as busy as they were. We stayed for a few drinks & played some pool, the table was solid. The cues were new and not all warped like some of the bars we have been to. This is a really nice place to visit in the summer too. The car shows in St. Ignace are always an epic experience, but if you want to avoid the crowds this is a nice place to visit in the off season too. I have been coming here for decades though.
This place is so relaxing. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel has a restaurant on site and a separate sports bar. They stay open year round. When I had to come back up here for work, this was the only place I thought of, glad they had a room. Great prices too!

The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic.
We had a great stay here for a few nights. Clean room (we had the one second floor room that was two queen beds and a separated living/dining space!), good food and great dessert at the attached restaurant. Plenty of parking and simple walk to the ferry. Would certainly stay here again.
We always stop by for dinner when we are up here. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. The whitefish is amazing, and I would highly recommend stopping by.
