Never disappoints for a roast on a Sunday! Always spot on ???????? Such good quality meat and all homemade! Also, haven’t been able to find anywhere else that can match their roast potatoes. 10/10.
Went there for Sunday roast with family. Food was great, leady serving us was extra nice, place is cosy & my dog was allowed in. No idea what the place looks like in the evenings but lunch time was very civilised.
There is a big beer garden in the back, will definitely go back for a drink in the sunshine this summer.
The roast dinner was awful. The stuffing looked as if it was the scrapings from the bottom of the pan. Burnt and hard. The veg was not cooked properly. The beef looked as if it was the sliced from the supermarket and heated.
The roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings were OK. So disappointed.
The Dove hosted my Dads Wake, and did such a phenomenal job!

It was okay here, I went to watch a football match with a friend. Drinks and staff were fine. Need to see it at a different time.
Just been there for Sunday roast 5 of us, everyone’s roast was beautiful, can even say better than mine,
The food was very nice, the service was very polite and the atmosphere especially on the Saturday when the live DJ and karaoke starts is amazing.
Lovely pub great roast dinners.
Was told a hour wait for food by staff when ordered.
Which I was happy about at least know it's cooked.
When arrived was piping hot.
Staff were amazing as very busy as everyone had tried the larkshall pub but couldn't get in.
