I have gone to this salon in the past and my hair has turned out great. I do think they hired good stylists. However, I was very disappointed that my appointment was cancelled with not even a 24 hour noticed and the person I was supposed to be with didn’t do a great job of getting me in touch with someone to rescheduled asap as I specifically scheduled my appointment for a wedding that I was attending over a month ago.

I got balayage done here. The stylist that did my hair was Ashley. I didn’t quite like the color after I reached home and checked. So the next day, I called Ashley about the same, and she told me to drop by and changed the color to my liking and it was perfect. She is one of the sweetest persons I’ve met so far in salons. Her and the receptionist took time to explain about the hair products that we asked for and we ended up buying a bunch of those products (Totally worth it). Would definitely be going back.

My hair stylist moved away and she took the time to set me up with someone who personally fit my needs. I was so happy with my experience. Nicole was my original stylist and Danae is the new one. I love them both. I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me for things I don’t need. The conversation is wonderful and is overall a fun experience when I go in.

Mack & Ashley were amazing! They listened to my concerns and requests. I’m absolutely in love with my hair. I won’t have anyone else touch it!

I've been seeing Monica for about a year now and think she's one of the best stylists I've ever been to. She's great with my colors and cut and always gives me tips on styling my hair on my own. The salon itself has a great ambiance and all the stylists are super nice. It's a bit of a drive for me and more on the pricey side but it's totally worth it! I love how I feel after Monica's done my hair, it's such a confidence booster and I get so many complements. I'd recommend the door to anyone!

The Door Salon is my favorite place for a cut or color, not to mention the products! The staff is amazing, especially Danae. She always gives me the best cut, and it's exactly what I envision. I've never been able to get a stylist to actually listen to me, cut more or change something, but she does. The atmosphere is friendly, the prices are completely fair, I feel comfortable and not judged, and my hair looks amazing! I get compliments daily on my cut and style, and although I'd love to take credit, all credit is owed to Danae. I love being there and I'll never go to another salon as long as The Door is around, no matter where I live! Thanks ladies for making me feel beautiful!

Great staff!!

My son had a much needed hair cut today. The Salon is going above and beyond in their safety measures. I have lots of confidence in their cleaning and safety procedures. So in addition to a great hair cut or style or anything beauty... you will be happy about their procedures. Looking forward to my appointment next week. (updated June 2020)

I took my son in to 'fix' a horrible haircut he received elsewhere. The salon was able to accommodate him within hours and is very CLEAN and everyone is NICE.

Monica was completely honest with him and trimmed his hair up to even it out and gave him tips on how to style his hair in the meantime. My son, who is not a fan of hair salons, said to me 'Mom, she was awesome, I'm only going to let her touch my hair from now on!" Monica - I can't thank you enough for taking him on such short notice, being so understanding, and giving him tips on what he needs to do to grow his hair back out!
