Went as a family with the dog and did not know what to expect and what a surprise we had. Sunday lunch was lovely and hot. Could tell it was homemade. We all enjoyed our dinner even the dog with his doggy dinner. Lovely relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended and we will be going back. Thank you Sophie and Dave ???? x

I took my son in there this evening and got asked to leave whilst we were playing pool, as they found cocaine in there toilet and I was apparently the only

Watch your kids in there as he is very aggressive towards them and very rude and arrogant I wouldn’t be happy

Been a few times recently and have got to know the landlord and landlady Dave & Sophie. Lovely couple and have made us feel very welcome. It's a lovely community pub. We enjoyed a lovely Evening Friday watching Jack Kendrick and Saturday afternoon at the BBQ with singer Charlie Rose.
Hot food served on hot plates. A lovely Sunday roast. Will definitely return. Very reasonable prices.
Lovely atmosphere, friendly personnel and great real ales
Dog and human friendly. Clean good selection of beers. Pool table, dart board, bingo on Wednesday evenings. Live entertainment on most Fridays and Saturdays. Open mic night 2nd Thursday every month. Food on lunchtimes during week. Sunday dinner booking advised.
Good seating. Open fires. Beer garden. Books and games in abundance. Friday meat raffle.
Great staff, live music every Friday, meat raffle, bingo, darts and pool table. Landlord and landlady are great and extremely welcoming. Definitely recommend
