This is a fun place. I love the aquatic theme. We ate outside on the deck, and it was beautiful. I got brisket which wasn't that great in its own, but with the coleslaw and barbeque sauce it was very good! Our daughter got the pretzel bites, and my husband enjoyed his flatbread. The service was excellent!
The view over Big Bay De Noc is beautiful and the outdoor deck is perfect for enjoying it! Enjoyed the meal in a Bloody Mary with a Keewanaw Red Jacket beer ???? chaser; was very yummy and filling. Had the Parmesan bake whitefish fresh from the lake and was very yummy! Is a unique location with exceptional local fish ???? dinners and sandwiches with a phenomenal setting. Highly recommend stopping here even if it’s a little out of your way! A large bald eagle ???? was flying around the bay as we sat and had cocktails, nothing better! ????
We were staying in the RV park, and this restaurant was a bonus for us. The food was fantastic. We sat on a deck overlooking the lake. The service was happy and fun. Must haves - pretzels and beer cheese, garlic parm frys. We both had whitefish, and it tasted fresh. Thank you, everyone, at the Dock Grill. You made our week.

Great food with good service. We were able to sit outside and it was great! The food was delicious and the views were amazing.... Check out this great spot!
I wanted to like this place. It was recommended by our lodger. We were exhausted from a long drive and got to the restaurant around 7:00. There looked like there were plenty of patio seats but apparently not. We were told we would have to wait for a rather large party to clear out and offered to wait at the outdoor tiki bar or the indoor bar. We had minors and felt that wasn't appropriate. The dinning room was nearly empty aside from the random patrons going to the salad bar.
We were finally seated about 7:20. Daily special was prime rib and the server listed about four things they were out of. We finally got our orders in and he came back saying they were out of the prime rib too.
The restaurant wasn't as busy as we thought it would be for a Saturday evening and for the wait. The food was okay for the price but you are really paying for the view. I wouldn't recommend a mixed drink, stick to the bottles or tap.
Drive up in your boat, ride in on your bike it's a very accommodating place for all! The food and atmosphere is worth the drive. Great relaxing, leisurely place to sit with friends and enjoy time together.
Top notch food and service, try the Freshie Margarita! We will be back again.
