In my experience Nick is very professional and kind. He always spends time explaining to me what he is doing and why he is doing it. He was patient with my kids checking their teeth and showing them how to clean in the right way.
Also the emergency walk in service is truly accessible with a reasonable price and efficiency.
The surgery is clean and the customer care is superb. I think an high quality service is offered to their customers.
Shocking practice.
Nick is a nasty piece of work and should not be working around the general public. He is rude, arrogant and is always stressed and rushes his jobs. Nick always boasts about how good he is as a dentist but truthfully he is terrible and should be struck off. Nick has hurt my children ,he is so rough and given my daughter a phobia of dentists .
He removes healthy teeth, starts drilling without waiting for the anesthetic to work -causing the patient agony ,and his root canal treatment on myself was so bad , l had to spend £4,000 privately to get the job redone. This new dentist was so shocked by the terrible job Nick did, he said he should lose his licence.
Nick's dental equipment is old , faulty and tends to fall apart mid session .
Nick also cannot retain staff due to his rudeness and arrogance and bad dental practice.
l have witnessed staff crying after being shouted at by him and also witnessed one poor mother coming out of his treatment room sobbing and her children in a terrible state after being treated by him .
Nick is also using underhand methods to take people of his NHS list by using Covid and lockdown as an excuse. He has lied to an associate of mine who saw him under 6 months ago . Nick arrogantly claimed the appointment wasn't on the computer history. {Their admin mistake not my friends}. My friend was subsequently thrown off the list because of Nick's mistake .
Nick seems to save his extra disdain for his NHS patients who he treats as if they are stupid and a waste of his time. You are lucky if you get 5 minutes for your appointment.
Nick forgets his patients pay his wages.
This is a man who should not be allowed to be doing a job involving the general public.
l am currently reporting Nick to the British Dental Association and seeking legal advice.
Do not put yourself , your family or friends through this horrific experience.
Having just been removed as a patient at this dentists I feel I can give my honest opinion of the place. It's fine if you want basic dentistry but I ended up having to go to an emergency dentist because he screwed up a filling, there's been numerous occasions where his equipment fell apart when he was operating and I had to calm him down as he was stressed. Not my best experience of a dentist.
Went to the Dental Practice yesterday at 5p.m I am a very nervous patient with dentist s but the staff there couldn’t have been more lovely. Nick the dentist was absolutely brilliant, put me at ease and gave me options. I decided on tooth removal and it was done there and then. None of that “you have to make another appointment “ I was patient number 3 and was back home by 6.20. I cannot recommend them enough.A very caring practice.
Attended the Emergency surgery with a broken tooth , the dentist was very easy going and calming, explained everything fully and dealt with what other dentists call a tricky thus more expensive extraction there and then for a very fair price. One of the nicest Dentist I’ve met .
We went to see Nick today regarding my sons tooth and he was very good with my son and explained everything to me and gave me some information on what type of foods/drinks to not have that you think don’t have milk or sugar in. He was very polite and made us feel comfortable. Thank you nick for seeing my son so quickly and making him feel at ease. The lady that was helping nick was also very good with my son and also helped with lots of information that I may find useful.The receptionist was also very polite and helpful ????
I have been to see this gentleman on two occasions and would not hesitate to use him again, very fair prices, give this Practice a go and be surprised.
I had a front tooth repaired at this dentist's many years ago, and found the dentist to be very pushy. The repair to my front tooth was very wonky and badly patched, but the dentist told me it was the best that could be done.
I recently needed to have the repair looked at, and the dentist I saw in Brighton was so disgusted by the work that he offered to repair it for free. He said, "The person who did this should lose their licence." The new repair is completely invisible, and I can't believe I had such an awful, visible repair on my front teeth for so long and thought it was normal.
My family also use this dentist, and I hear horror stories about the dentist's arrogance and lack of bedside manner. Private dental treatment is not that much more expensive; if you can afford it, it is worth the extra cost to ensure you don't have to deal with this service.
