Best KPortal Reviews
The pub looked lovely from the outside and the staff were very friendly. We were aware that a limited menu would be served and ordered two cheeseburgers with some salad. The burgers were on cobs and tasted okay but weren’t presented very well and we were disappointed after seeing the reviews and photos online. We didn’t get our salad and was £16.70 altogether.
Popped in first time today lovely old pub decor biker welcome boozer great scooter in the bar belonging to the landlord nice women serving we had a good cup of tea an coffee my wife woz told they were going to be serving food in a basket soon we will go back for that .decent size carpark with bench.s out front an I think a family garden out back all in all a friendly place
Found this pub by chance whilst passing, & what a lovely place it is.
We got a warm & friendly welcome as we walked in from the staff who were very knowledgeable regarding the food menu.
Excellent range of drinks, & the food is amazing.
All in all, I'd give it a 10+.
A nice little pub located just outside Bridgnorth on the A442. On Wednesday night they have a biker meat, you can have cobs, hot dog, bees burger. It's nice to see all the motorcycles. As a pub it's nicely located and has a good atmosphere I didn't explore the menu but I'm sure it would be very nice. There is outdoor seating and because it's sunk back from the road there's no traffic to disturb you.
Had a few pints on my way home from fishing and found a welcoming atmosphere. Good beer, and a nice selection of locally produced bar snacks. There was also a traditional bar menu to suit more hungry peeps. Had a lovely chat with the landlady and barmaid about alsorts. The resident ghost even threw a few bags of crisps over my shoulder for good measure. Great traditional pub will definitely return!! 5*
I enjoyed the meal and the staff here. Only knocked off a star as my burger bun was kinda burnt and dry, there was also no sauce like mayonnaise or anything on the burger itself besides a pattie, cheese and veg. I recommend asking customers if they'd like anything put on their burger as I was disappointed mine was so dry with sauce but other than that everything was good. The staff was very accommodating and kind the place was cosy. Will be back! Delicious onion rings too.
Lovely, albeit quick, stop off on our way back home from Bridgnorth. Friendly service and a lovely cold Madri to wash down a cheese cob at decent prices. Look forward to spending longer there next time we are passing.
Now becoming a bike and motoring themed pub. Food was good, friendly staff and cosy atmosphere.
