Best KPortal Reviews

We stopped in after a conference with friends...because The 'Dam' Grille...was a great place. Folks were playing Backgammon and that had some intense moments...the staff were awesome and as far as food and drink...the bacon wrapped jalapeño and apricot blonde was an amazing pairing...
This is always a fun place to go. There are lots of TV's so there is a variety of sports on. The food is decent. Basic bar food but still good. The drinks are a good value for the money. We always sit at the bar and the bartenders are friendly, pleasant and quick to serve you. They seem to be having a good time even though they are working, that's always nice to see. The other customers seem pretty chill as well and you can strike up a conversation with the person next to you, or not if you want. They seem to be a Minnesota Viking bar now, but I won't hold that against them.????
Fun local place with great srink specials....2 buck martinis of all kinds in ladies' night!
Went there for lunch today. The two ladies working were great. I had the buffalo chicken salad and it was great. Looked amazing and was amazing.
Not bad went after work and the crowd was smaller and mostly guys in their 60's. There was a couple of younger couples in their 30's. Didn't taste the food, but it looked really good especially the rings. Service was awesome the bartenders were attentive, nice and making sure to check in with us.
So I ve been working in this industry for 36 years. Ended up in this part of Denver randomly and used google to find a place near me. I generally read reviews to read the rants by people and bad reviews(not to judge the place but to see what kind of people hang out there). Reading what’s on here totally intrigued me. Some aspects of bad reviews could be legit. Rants by a homeless guy and his dog or vegans who got instantly sick by misreading the menu are just over the top. So I went to see for myself. First impression-the cleanest dive bar I’ve seen(if a bar has a fish tank that is spotless they obviously take cleanliness seriously). The cleanest mirrors I may have ever seen in a bar(especially for their size). Staff greeted me almost immediately. Polite. Friendly. Great ambiance. Mirrors make the place look bigger than it is without being too big. Staff seemed to know most of the patrons and said patrons were dancing in the aisles to the music. (Engage with the staff. Sometimes you have to out a little effort into being noticed.). Didn’t try the food this time but I definitely will soon. I could see this being my “neighborhood bar” if I lived in this part of town. Prices are more reasonable than most places I’ve been in town(when did it become fashionable to charge the price of the WHOLE well bottle for a SINGLE drink out of it?). Do yourselves a favor and check the place out if you find yourself in the neighborhood. You deserve it, so do they.
This is the "friendly neighborhood bar" that my neighbor and I decided to visit. We are a couple of older ladies, don't get out much, and the bar is a comfortable place right next to our apartment building. We had red wine and food, and I paid without looking at my bill, because how expensive could a few glasses of red house wine be? It turned out to be $55!! I looked at it this morning and I was shocked. 6 glasses of wine is what it ipsaid, and that much wine between 2 older women would make it impossible to even walk home. What was happening I later realized was that I never actually emptied my glass, but the bartender would top it off, and our glasses were full when we left. We were talking and not paying attention, but to charge us for 3 glasses each is just wrong and I won't be going back. I have never had more than 1 glass of wine at a time, and I did not have 3 glasses last evening and neither did my friend. You can't trust the bartender and I regret the generous tip. Otherwise it is a nice bar.
It’s a solid sports bar. It is a great way to catch a beer and comfort food while watching the game with your boys. Prices are not too high and there is ample outdoor and indoor seating for COVID restrictions.
I will definitely come back to this place if the perfect opportunity arises
