This is hands down the most unreliable shipping company I have ever dealt with. The customer service reps are very nice and easy to get in contact with but the back end shipping department is horrible! My freight package has been sitting in the Santa Fe Springs warehouse for 2 weeks now and nobody knows what’s going on. Very disappointing!
Custom support is the only thing that's been a good deal, late packages, they never called to make an appointment. After rescheduling once, they had to make another reschedule. Not a good time.
just wanted to give Customs a 5 star review, because they deserve that and so much more! I work with Ben for all my white glove deliveries and he comes through for me every single time no matter what!! My rep Roman Clark is awesome too! he does a great job always making sure we are taken care of ! They are truly a great team to work with and I appreciate ALL of them very much! The Custom Companies has a very good service for pickup and delivery on time for my company shipments, some time they came early then what I scheduled for, plus their delivery always on time to my client location, no matter where the shipments are going to be delivered. Byron Morales is my rep with his best team to help me if there are any additional questions or concerned.
So far it's taken this company 8 days to move my shipment from IL to MO. One state, thats just a failure... I'm in the freight business, it should only take 3-5 days to get across the ENTIRE country. Bang up job guys, maybe i'll see my order next month. Who knows?
They submitted a $485 bid to a shipper to deliver a piece of furniture from California to Boston complete with white glove delivery service details of inside delivery up stairs to a second floor, and reneged upon arrival. Extremely rude delivery person from Northborough, MA warehouse, and dismissive M.G. email customer service representative from Northlake, IL. Two phone representatives from Los Angeles and Chicago were extremely polite. Why would they respond to a bid with explicit terms and conditions if allegedly they only do curbside delivery? Also, their website says 24/7 service, and that is not true. And it says they get it right, the first time, which is also not true. Paying $485 for delivery to a super tall second story floor gets you nothing, and terrible service.
