The seafood counter truly delivered a taste of coastal bliss with their New England lobster roll, hush puppies, and fried clams. The lobster roll was packed with succulent chunks of lobster, perfectly dressed in creamy mayo, and nestled in a buttery, toasted bun. The hush puppies were delightfully crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. And the fried clams? Absolutely divine – golden and crispy, with tender clam meat inside, making each bite a savory delight. A true seafood feast that left us craving more!
I was excited to see lobster rolls on the menu because there aren't that many places you can get them. I paid $27/ea plus a tip for New England lobster rolls for myself and my wife. We agreed that the lobster was very chewy, and somehow kind of stringy also. It was pretty bland and the bun was basically a hot dog bun. The guy at the counter was friendly enough. The fries were fine, too.
Please keep in mind that my level of criticism takes price into consideration. I felt that the rolls were priced high enough that I could expect much better, such as I've had at Slap Fish, another similar seafood counter type restaurant. I just felt disappointed like I'd wasted a lot of money for a date and could have had a really nice dinner somewhere, even at a full service restaurant for that price.

Yes, food opinions are subjective... I am not comparing this counter with a full service restaurant, I am weighing what I could have received with the same amount of money, and regretting my decision.
Slap Fish underwent a change of ownership but has not closed. But my only point with that comment was to compare quality for price.
Be prepared for a giant slab of fish and a good portion of cajun-seasoned fries (*old bay seasoning* my mistake! :) ). The fish was cooked to perfection, flakey and delicious. Come hungry!
The food here is awesome, got the blackened Maui with garlic fries and the spice shrimp. Had to be one of the best sandwiches I've had the food's delicious it's a must try. And where it's located the concepts awesome.
Beautifully cooked blackened salmon for my Caesar salad. Flavorful, not dry, soft and flaky.
Great blackened fish and soft shell crab sandwiches. The clam chowder was also delicious. The only issue was that our timer didn’t go off so the food sat for a little before we got it, so it wasn’t the freshest.
Decided to give it a try since we were in the mood for seafood. Found out that they have a shrimp burger and sounded very good. They are inside Henry's Depot in Historic Sanford and it is a nice area.
The shrimp burger was delish! It was fresh, made to order, quality ingredients, tasty and it was a good portion. It came with a slice of pineapple, peppers and slaw which all blended well. The fries were old bay seasoning were a nice kick and tasty!
We will definitely be back to get that awesomeness in a bun and to give their other stuff a try.
Order was New England Stlye Lobster roll with garlic parm fries, hush puppies and 1/2 pound of fried scallops.
AMAZING. The lobster roll was solid. Had tons of lobster chunks and the roll was super soft and buttery. I want to have 50 of them. Worth every penny.
Hush puppies had corn in them and were super delicious. Scallops were solid and their sauces were dope dope dope.
