We came in to the Culinary Escape during Bike Night. It was their opening day, and despite being SWAMPED, staff was friendly, attentive, and our meal was piping hot and absolutely delicious! The menu is very affordable and has a good variety of "American" dishes including salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. Dessert was also SO GOOD!
The atmosphere is perfect for kicking back & grabbing a beer, or for an affordable family dining experience. This is my new favorite place!
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I can recommend the classic burger and fries. Delicious. As well as a ice cream Sunday big enough for two. Two thumbs up. ????????
I come here weekly now, sometimes twice a week because the food is entirely customizable, the owner, Danielle is friendly and personableand clearly family oriented. The food was to die for is all I can say for the menu as once you take a bite, it'll speak for itself. Their wait staff is impeccable on their timing and manners when they visit the table, not too over bearing and not inattentive either. I really enjoyed the experience each time, the decor and the artwork on their televisions leaves nothing to desire if you're a stamping junky like myself. I've never seen a spec of dust and the tables are kept well organized and well spaced out for privacy and they arent shy about putting together some tables if privacy isnt what you want. The bartender isn't bashful about making sure you've gotten what you wanted, down to the ice or lack there of. To top it all off the venue is beautiful and they have a fully open garage door that goes to the sidewalk and then street nearby where you can dine outside if that's what suits you and the way it's set brings me back to cities like Chicago or New York where the bar and grills were something to set the bar and thats what this place does for me. I 100% reccomend the visit and I also forgot to mention, we like to go to the affiliated Escape Rooms Mesa when we have a group so we can win an escape room and get one of their wrist bands for those all too tempting happy hour prices. As long as we have our wristbands we get those happy hour prices and that was something special to me that I hadn't seen before! Way to impress, Culinary Escape. 5 stars all the way.
Great place for drinks, terrible place for food! Pictured: mac & cheese and roast beef sandwich... both D- quality. Cheap ingredients. Friend got a pizza, looked like card board, said it was the worst pizza he ever had. Service was ok. Has a patio, nice atmosphere.
Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night. Decent sized crowd. Service was fantastic; quick and our server was very attentive. I had the Ultimate burger - hands down one of the most delicious burgers I've had. Cooked to perfection, and the fries were fresh and just the right amount of crispy and soft.
The atmosphere here is great! The staff are very friendly and the place is super clean! I will definitely return!
I used to come here when it was a different bar, ended up coming back 2 days in a row! Staff is amazing and the owners are super friendly! The beer is very unique and flavorful. And I was pleasantly surprised and how great the food is! Burgers are thick and juicy and wings are crazy good! I highly suggest coming in and indulging in the food, drink, and atmosphere!
We ordered the spicy hot chili wings and hangover burger on a pretzel bun. They were both Amazing. The wings had a good flavor, not as spicy as I like but the flavor was awesome. The burger was cooked perfectly and the beef was juicy. I ordered a pink drink with tequila but I forget the name. It was sweet but tasty. Most of all Dennus and Dana went above and beyond. It's nice to have service like this in a time when great customer service is hard to find. They were friendly, attentive, and really made an impression on us. Thank you both! We will def be back.
We took our kids to the Natural History Museum, and this lunch spot was a quick walk down the street. Kids pizza was an entire homemade mini pizza- a pleasant surprise. My mac and cheese was the good ooey-gooey kind. Husband loved his custom burger and sister and mother in laws enjoyed their sandwiches. Prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes (we took home some leftovers even). Service was great.
