This is a care home which is really nice. The staff are very professional but also caring. There are activities for the residents and all sorts going on. The rooms are pretty and very colorful and comfortable. The food looks very appetizing as well.
The fact my gran is dying and we can only see her through a window is bad enough. Then to be told the 1 thing that seems to brighten her up (her great grandchildren) are not allowed to see her through the window is shocking and a breach of her human rights. Pay over £1000 a week for her to be treated worse than a prisoner.
