First time being here since it's reopened, and the food was spot on, far better than last time I was there.
Would highly recommend going there if you are after high quality food, good sized portions for a very reasonable price.
Only down fall In my opinion was that staff was not 100%, yes they were polite and professional, but they could of done with knowing there menu a little better what's in it and what it comes with ext ext ...
All in all 9.5/10, was very impressed, will definitely be returning the future.
1st time visit for me, took a couple of friends as a belated Christmas present. Was very impressed with the food, delicious !!! Young staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. A very nice atmosphere ????

The staff was very polite and helpful the food was ok and not over priced. The pub was clean and we wasn't waiting too long for are food to be served. Call in if your passing the views from the rear of the pub are excellent ????
Went for lunch today, hadn't been for a long time as I had not enjoyed the food past couple of times, new landlord and chef and a massive improvement, the food was delicious and landlord is a nice man. I'm looking forward to coming here again, the views, food and ambience makes it a nice place to spend a couple of hours relaxing
I visited for lunch and I have mixed views. I didn't find it very welcoming and the 2 people I dealt with were polite and business-like but not welcoming. The food was OK. I had fish and chips and I felt it didn't have much flavour, but it was well cooked. I felt at £14 it wasnt a large portion and I wouldnt have it again. I also had a pineapple upside down cake which again was OK, but for £7 it was a small dessert. The surroundings were lovely and presentation of everything we had was great.
Just popped in for lunch whilst travelling. Lovely place, full of locals who were very welcoming. Food was good with a good special menu.
