Stopped by on our way through town, I had the trio and my bf had the fish combo and all of it was AMAZING!! Perfectly seasoned, we didn't leave a single bite. I wish we lived closer this would be our regular spot. The staff was so nice and checked on us multiple times. 10/10
We went here one Saturday, I got the Cajun Burger with fries and my boyfriend got the sautéed 1/2 lb of shrimp with potatoes. Everything was seasoned perfectly, the flavors were top notch and the staff was so friendly! We will definitely be back!
I have been eating at the Crack House since it was on 4th street. This is the complete details on this place. It's not a fine dining establishment, it's a hole in the wall, small mom and pop with big flavors. Is it cheap ?...NO but neither is McDonald's....Is it Fast?....No its not a fast food restaurant like Wendy's Is it delicious? YES...yes it is...Great Flavor good variety ....all around if you are not in a rush it's worth the wait.
The younger staff members could use some training on proper customer service but its not bad enough for me to write the place off.
It's breakfast is AMAZING!!!!
I have had the king Crab legs feast with sausage and shrimp ....flavors completely on point.
Most recent visit was for burgers again slam dunk on flavors.
Honestly not very good food. Mine and my husband's food was smothered in a very blad butter sauce. I had the shrimp he had the crab. I asked for a half pound of shrimp which apparently is 9 pieces. The sides I got were mac and cheese and fries. Honestly they were better than the main meal but still not the best. I'm still hungry and now have to go home and eat more. I will not be going back due to the lack of flavor and overpriced food for hardly anything.
It's in the city mall, so atmosphere is lacking, but not their fault. Some folks may want to get their food to go.
It's a family operation and their kids help as servers, they're young and learning the ropes still, so thing may be a little slow. Give them some more time and I highly doubt it will be an issue.
As for the food, 11/10 score. Everything was top notch.
Much like anywhere nowadays, you get 2 meals, an appetizer, and 2 drinks.. you're spending at least 40 bucks.
My wife and I whole heartedly agreed that this was the first time in a while where we ate and felt we were given a GOOD value for what we spent.
Good portions, unique flavors, and just downright delicious.
Highly recommend.
Had the 1/2 crab and 1/2 shrimp for the wife, and honestly, I'm very shocked at how horribly bland everything was. We threw the leftovers in the garage cause I didn't want to take that garbage of a meal home. 58 dollars later, and still hungry, the only thing that tasted good was the soda I had, 1 out of 10 but more like 0 out of 10. Never coming back, don't know what the rave is about this place.
Catfish and burgers were delicious. Came upon The Crack House by accident but this is a hidden gem in Russellville. The Crackaroni is the OMG item on the menu, it's worth a trip by itself. This place makes me want to return to Russellville. The man cooking knows what he's doing, and the family takes care of you. Hopefully things take off and they open more locations. I'm a fan and you'll find me back in The Crack House.
Overall very good food. For what I order the bacon served on the burger was a little over cooked for my preference but I didn't request anything about that so you get what's made and I'm fine with that. I'd definitely go again so that I can try out other items on the menu at a later time.
