A decent convenience store which is well stocked. Prices are alright. They don't sell everything they advertise on their window which is a let down as I was hoping to find some games here. The lad at the till was decent. Overall it's okay, although I probably won't be coming back in a hurry.
My aunt who is an elderly lady and visited the corner shop today had duficultys obtaing a tv license so zoe helped her by looking for her numbers on her mobile managed to obtain the right information for her I'm so grateful that there are still people willing to help and want to thank zoe and all the team at the corner shop for their kind consideration of my aunt

Popped in whilst visiting New Quay. A real gem, packs in loads into a tiny space. The ladies serving couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
O.K so everything is not to everyone's taste but these guys will order stuff in for you and have a great range of self catering necessities. Try them out they work hard to service a fluctuating population of holiday makers and locals. Were all friendly on every visit during our holiday week :-)
John was a grumpy man , but we all go through tough times.

The man was really rude to me. When I asked about hand sanitizer he told me to go and try washing my hands more. I hold a top job in infection control in the NHS along with having been a Governor for an NHS Trust for 9 years. I left the shop without lecturing back as I am professional. My question is
' if soap and water does the job, why have a large bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter by the post office end!!!?
It's a lovely shop and post office the staff are really good at their jobs, the only problem I've got is the camera looking out at the sea is not working, it say I got to updates all the time
