We visited pentre barn and was recommended here. Food was cooked fresh and the cafe was very cute and cosy. The owners were both very pleasant and the atmosphere was so relaxed. Definitely recommended

Fantastic little café! Very accommodating friendly people working there; family run and very professional. AMAZING cooked breakfasts (we had full English & vegetarian. Super hash browns!) and excellent value for money.
Absolute amazing English breakfast. What a gem in Ellesmere. I always love a full English breakfast when on holiday and definitely rate it 10 out of 10 for the meals they served here. We were a party of 4 adults, one child, and a baby. All of the food was served at the same time and beautifully cooked. I had the Shropshire blend coffee and it was served in a French press. It tasted divine.
What lovely people the owners are, nothing was too much trouble.The all day breakfast was fantastic, piping hot and very good value for money. Will definitely return again, thank you. Allyn Griffiths.
Food was nice, had a nice breakfast there but felt rushed because we were there with our two young children. Only one booster seat provided that my daughter could climb out of and felt like kids weren’t even allowed to exist there. Even took one daughter out for a walk to wait for food to avoid annoying the owner. Just didn’t feel welcome, wouldn’t go again.
We just had breakfast and it was huge, hot and delicious. Great service and swift. We only live a few doors away definitely will be going back. We highly recommend this cafe. Thank you
Pleasant quirky little cafe. Stumbled on while exploring ellesmere and thought we would go in for a cup of tea and a full English. Was welcomed promptly and shown a menu each asked if we would like a drink. It sounds awful but we didn't expect food to be amazing for such a low price, so when it arrived and looked/tasted delicious I was super happy! The woman could not have been more helpful! Food was cooked lovely and was nice and hot when brought over.
I will be going back again for another fry up. And to try the rest of the menu.
