Esperienza divertente e..fantastica! Luca è un cuoco eccezionale, ti guida con pazienza nella preparazione, spiegandoti i diversi passaggi. La qualità del risultato è garantita è il cibo è favoloso! Quindi consiglio The Cooking Lab esperienze a chiunque si trovi a Firenze e voglia conoscere i segreti della cucina italiana!
Per Natale abbiamo chiesto piatti tradizionali toscani. Siamo stati felicemente accontenti da Luca. Abbiamo cucinato insieme divertendoci e abbiamo mangiato con gusto.
Non si può fare di meglio. Pranzo di Natale eccezionale, qualità degli ingredienti ottima per una cucina incredibile.

10/10 wonderful experience! My husband and I took a private class. Not only did we learn to make pasta & eat some incredible food, the chef opened up his home & we shared the meal with his family. It was a unique way to spend a night in Florence. Book it. You won’t be disappointed!
Luca was a tremendous host. We started by going to the local market to buy our produce. This gave us a great feel for how the local people of Florence go about preparing meals for their families. Once we got the produce we went back to Luca’s home and started cooking our three course meal. Luca was very good at showing us how to prepare the food as well as explain why the food needed to be prepared in certain ways. After the meal was cooked we had a lunch with Luca and his wonderful family. After the meal we sat around the table in typical Italian fashion and had great conversation about arts, sciences, and difference/similarities between Italy and America. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal cooking class.
Appetizer: prosciutto wrapped and stuffed fried pizza dough balls
Meal: potato gnocchi with fresh cherry tomatoes and burrata
Dessert: tiramisu
