Best KPortal Reviews
Lovely experience at this cute little cafe. Staff were all friendly and food was good. They even had dog menu which a little someone was very happy with ☺️
Fresh and flavourful. Just a wonderful spot. Highly recommend the porridge and hot chocolate. Well worth a detour on your road trip or a longer visit to Cosby.
A lovely village cafe which is so much more. The solid, high-quality menu is always accompanied by an offering of specials as well as a range of cakes, meaning that you always have the opportunity to have either a tried and tested favourite or something new. The food is always cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Favourites have to include the Benny 22, mushrooms and stilton, and, of course, the cinnamon buns.
I love this cafe! Gorgeous food and drinks, lovely cafe space and delightful people.
The coffee is great (local St Martins beans) and as everyone else says, all ingredients are locally sourced. They don’t have soya milk but that’s because it can’t be sourced locally or sustainably - their local oat milk is lovely and they have other non dairy options.
Great selection of fresh baked cakes and goodies, including 3-4 gluten free and 3-4 vegan options every day - such a refreshing change from the usual brownie/flapjack!
This is an absolute fave and I will keep coming back.
Genuinely one of the best breakfast spots in Leicestershire. The food is homemade or locally sourced and always delicious! Terry one of the owners and their team are always delightful. Very dog friendly in there too. The milkshakes and fresh bakes (especially cinnamon buns) are also incredible. Can't say a bad word about this place, love it here!
Excellent, fresh food for breakfast with staff that were super friendly and on it. Tables were cleared instantly to free up space for waiting customers.
Thr cinnamon buns were the best I've had.
All around, a truly top-tier place to eat.
Love to pop here for a coffee, lovely staff, and the menu has a good choice, the coffee is tasty and they bake all their own cakes which i like, that’s it’s not just bought in. It’s always clean and tidy. They use local supplies and support local business, I even managed to grab my dog some treats from here that I baked locally.
One of our favourite places to come. The staff are great they are so friendly they always accommodate for my little dog nala. The food is fantastic and I would recommended this place to everybody.
