So good I had to come back for a 2nd review. Bill and Rafael. Great customer service. I had an issue with my son's car. He went to a repair shop near his school - charged him money - but didn't fix the issue. I took it to C.A.R. Very honest people. I trust them completely with any car issues I have. Very accommodating. They will always be my families go to for any car repairs.
Amazing service here. We were driving from NC to WI when our car started dying on I-94. After getting the car to a nearby hotel, I called these guys at 9am the next morning. Despite being very busy, they were able to source and fit a new alternator, and we were back on the road by mid-afternoon. I could not have asked for more - friendly service, fair pricing and a very speedy turnaround. I would give them more than five stars if I could.
About a week ago, my fiancee and I got into a crash right outside of Lansing on the way to Chicago. We're from Michigan and had never been in the area before, so we were urgently trying to find someplace to pull into. Despite being completely booked, we were able to be squeezed in and helped. They looked over the car, did a few minor repairs and assured everything would be safe to drive.
Tammy was an actual angel. We were both shaken up from the crash and Tammy, from the goodness in her heart, talked with my fiancee and I and helped calm us down. It was a really scary situation, not knowing the damage of the car, not knowing if we could even get to Chicago (or home for that matter), where we were, etc. And she made everything better. Her daughter was incredibly sweet too.
You really made us feel better and help ease our anxieties for the rest of our trip that weekend. Thank you guys so so much.
I’ll never go here again. Took my car to get the heat fixed feel like I got robbed $789.00 and still no heat.and when I called about it the owner dodged my calls.How does that happen. The Place used to be a great place until they got bigger. When it was smaller they valued there customers now you’ll be lucky to receive a call when your car is ready.
This place messed up my car so bad . The mechanic Raphael who was in charge of fixing my car . I knew something was fishy when they took 3 weeks to replace a broken steering column on my car . The day before I came to pick up my car Raphael informed me that somehow my clockspring for my airbags was broken and that it will be an additional $391 for them to replace it . Upon picking up my car I noticed that my car key remote and remote start was not working , my wheel alignment was off , and my car horn no longer worked . I contacted my attorney and have been trying to get in contact with the owner but it’s impossible . DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR! The reviews Are fake !
The best mechanic shop I've been serviced at. For anyone that hasn't been to this shop and reading this and thinking about going here. This shop is filled with the most honest and trustworthy people I've ever met. I will never have to worry about over diagnosed problems with my vehicles and being over charged for them.
