Is difficult to describe the unbridled joy I feel knowing how close I live to this place. Having eaten street tacos in Los Angeles for several years when I lived there I thought moving away would mean a piece of my heart would stay on those corners. With the discovery of this restaurant I can happily say I am dead wrong. In fact, I don’t have any interest in going back to those corners as long as this place is here. Do yourself a huge favor and order a few Carnitas tacos catering style and cry with joy along with me. Chips and guac are also to die for. The burger and garlic truffle fries are also ridiculous.
The food here is excellent! The homemade chips and pico are addicting. The carne asada was well-trimmed and super flavorful, but the pork was my favorite. I had it in an enchilada and the spicy sauce was the best.
Great food in what looked to be a locals favorite! Lots of people coming in getting eachother and happy to be there. The menu was basic but the flavors were fantastic. Who ever is in the kitchen is doing a great job, the carnitas were crispy and the flavors on the salsa, guac, beans and rice were great. The ladies in the front took good care of us and worked hard to make sure everyone was happy. Highly recommend The Company Store if you are looking for a place you eat tasty down to earth Mexican food.
We highly recommend this restaurant. We started with a fresh, crispy Caesar salad. I had a wonderful fish stew with fresh caught rock cod, large shrimp, mussels, claims, vegetables and a delicious broth. My companions had the chili rejellano and were delighted with their meal. We shared a rich and tasty flan for dessert. Friendly and competent service.
Amazing service and delicious food! We stopped here to eat on our way to Fort Bragg and it was such a great little rest point on our trip. Our waitress Bri was so helpful and kind. On top of the great service, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It really felt like a family restaurant. All if the food was absolutely perfect and the garlic fries are a must- order!
Absolutely outstanding! I have eaten lots of Mexican food here in California and I would say this is by far the best grilled chicken burrito I’ve ever had in my life.
Out on a lovely motorcycle ride with my son and they were open and we are stoked!!
The chips and salsa, spice, guacamole, cheese, sour cream....man, all of it was just sooo good! I’ll be back with my wife for sure!
