Loved the quirkiness of yhis cosy villiage teashop. High quality means it can never be the cheapest but it still offers value for money. Great barista coffee and tbe cheese scones were excellent. Small snug area at the back of the shop has log burner and books. Great atmosphere. No toilets but the villiage ones are very close and free of charge.
One of my favourite places to eat. Whether you fancy a traditional breakfast, a special lunch or a coffee and cake... everything tastes great.
One of the best places in the village. The food is truly so good; the tartines and cakes especially. And the coffee is equally as amazing. This is the perfect spot to grab breakfast before a walk, or some lunch after, or a cozy welcoming place to meet a friend for a coffee.
The owners and staff are all very friendly, and the environment is extremely cozy and welcoming.
I’ve been here a million times and will come a million more.
Lovely little coffee shop with great selection of cakes and dishes using local produce. Perfectly located in the beautifully quaint village of osmotherly. No toilets on site but public toilets available in the village a short walk away. Dogs welcome. Friendly service.
Would highly recommend if you're in the area. Great menu, lots of fresh cake on the counter. Including plenty of gluten-free cake options and gluten-free bread. Seating inside and out.
No toilets in the cafe itself, but there are public toilets a short walk down the hill.
Beautifully prepared and very tasty welsh rarebit with locally smoked haddock and poached egg. Best lunch I've had in a while.
What a great little cafe, the breakfast was excellent, fresh local produce beautifully cooked. The cakes were home made and superb, I had the banofi chocolate brownie, amazing.
Very dog friendly with a resident spaniel.
Well worth a visit.
Ordered a bacon ciabatta and a bacon and sausage one also. Neither were in ciabattas and were in fact in squashed bread buns. Very expensive for the food we received and only one sausage in one of them. Politely pointed out they were bread buns to which one of the servers in a patronising manner advised they must be mislabelled on the packaging they bought them from. Staff weren't the most forthcoming. Not a great start to the morning walk.
