Absolutely love this cafe for my morning treat. The atmosphere is amazing and it has comfy places to sit and chat. They are also open the first Sunday of every month now from 0800-noon for brunch.large indoor seating as well!
Dog friendly and staff were very friendly.
Had the pancakes which were vegan, with banana and maple syrup. Only comment would be for more maple syrup and bananas, but that's my own personal preference ????.
Such a wonderful gem to find. Will be coming back for sure!
We are new to the UK from the USA and were very excited to find the local coffee shops near Bury St. Edmunds. We found this tucked in the back of a series of buildings in a parking lot. It is super cute, warm, & welcoming inside. We love the ☕ and atmosphere very much! ♥️ We will be coming back ☺️
A lovely place and very popular. I had a delicious cappuccino and decadent chocolate muffin ;-)
We sat outside which was a little chilly. It would be amazing if there were a couple of electric heaters out there.
Great serving team. Lovely food and several options for lactose free coffee, as well as decaf. Not extremely expensive. Definitely will be back
Good food, lovely coffee and friendly staff. If local, get a loyalty card for a free drink every now and then.
Food is good for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Specials too!
We were dying for a decent breakfast after getting up at 5:50 and hitting the road. At 9 or just before, most places in the area weren't even open (we were trying to avoid town, see). Thankfully the Coffee House was open.
Situated on an industrial estate, the buildings were actually pretty cute (I think it was an independent place, so not your standard anonymous estate).
Given the amount of people in the café, this seems to be a destination rather than merely for passersby. You enter through a decent little shop and get to the counter, where you find all the staff are friendly and helpful.
Feel a bit stingy giving them only 4 for food. The bacon butties were delicious: what tasted like locally sourced butcher bacon was sandwiched in soft, tasty granary slices (white bread available if you're still in primary school). There just wasn't a massive selection of breakfast options. A sausage butty would have been nice. But what they had either looked or was lovely, and l took a scotch egg away. They also do a proper flat white - not just a small white coffee with a premium price.
Recommended!
We needed a quick coffee and popped in and what a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere ......lots of customers e enjoying the moment........Although not hungry...we decided to share a sausage roll and wow....tasty...flaky..chewy....the best bought sausage roll I have eaten ever.......yes...we'll be back ...
