I didn’t get her name but the girl there was kind enough to immediately refund me when I had accidentally placed a second order on the app. Overall drinks and service here is great ????????
The drink was overly sugary, the service was contrite, and I didn't care for the options. I'm trying not to sound petty. I really wanted to enjoy it so I could leave starbucks forever, but this was not the push I needed.
Love this place... go there after groceries to get my coffee. Wish they had heavy cream with my cold brew, but otherwise, it's an awesome place
Many people may not know it, but there is a big difference between Coffee Bean and its competitors. Particularly the way they make their Iced Blended Mocha. The type of ice they use makes for a smoother creamier drink. I really enjoy when I am able to stop by and get drink. Also this location was fast and friendly.
This barista Veronica that’s the name she gave me when I ask for a business card has a really bad customer service and actitud not only I waisted 20 min my drink was not correct to start with they only accepting cash bad attitude bad customer service and short personal working there by far the worst coffee bean location I have ever been and I been a customer of coffee bean & tea for over 12 years .
Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. Working the register was a middle-aged Hispanic woman who seemed to be the manager there.
She had a major attitude for no apparent reason. Didn't seem happy at all to be there. Didn't even greet me when I went up to the counter, just asked what I wanted to order.
When I requested a slight modification to my drink, she became visibly more frustrated that she took her headset off and let it fall on the counter. Not sure if she was frustrated about having to input my request in the system, but I think that gesture was completely unnecessary.
Wouldn't visit this location again unless I was going through the drive-thru. Don't feel like interacting with people who are going to give their customers attitude.
Coffee bean is the best! Their flavors and overall products are so much better than Starbucks! They have more of a unique menu. The service is always fast and the staff is always friendly! They’re in a great location as well. Love this coffee bean! So excited to have a cookie butter latte!
I usually go here to study and get into it, however, I stopped going here only because I’m frustrated with the lack of communication surrounding the status of the wifi established. When I logged into the wifi, my computer can’t connect to the system, because I had to register into the system. While I did told a barista about it 2-3 months ago, I have yet to see any updates as to when they’ll fix it and if it has been fixed. I hope that the manager (whom I know is someone nice and reasonable) gets to the bottom of it ASAP.
One thing, when I tried to order a PSL days before CB made it official months ago, one of the baristas made me another drink and when I asked where’s my PSL, she said that I had to “order it on the app”, I was wondering we does it had to be order on the app.
Nonetheless, I think there’s some decent baristas, but I think the store needed some fixes, especially whenever someone tries to solicit inside the store and bother other customers, I say this with respect cuz know there were some who aren’t threatening, but idk.
So yeah, please get your wifi fixed and update when is it ok to to sign in without much issue.
