I don’t normally share negative reviews, but this place was awful. In New Years Eve morning, at 6 a.m., while travelers were hoping for a nice cup of flavored coffee and a breakfast snack as advertised here, we were all instead greeted by far less. Two employees left, and the remaining employee said he was no longer offering any food or flavored coffee. They didn’t even have decaffeinated. The coffee did not taste good at either. You’d probably be better off and save a few dollars walking a little further at this gate area to the Dunkin’s.
Got overcharged here, they tacked on extra money at checkout. There is a discrepancy between the prices displayed and the prices that were rung up. Either they need to update their menu, or stop lying to their customers. They charged me $8.10 for a drink that was labeled $6.78

This place is convenient because it’s located away from the main dining area at the terminal, so you avoid the longer lines!
Atmosphere: The space has a nice set up with food items in a glass display.
Service: The workers were slightly impatient but may have had a long shift.
Menu items: I ordered a large, iced dirty chai with oatmilk and loved it!
I’ll keep this place in mind if I’m wanting to get some coffee when I travel through the airport again and may try some of the food items as well!
January 15, I went to the Coffee Bean to purchase coffee and a ham and sandwich. Well, I must say this is the worst place to buy coffee not because of the food, but because of the two female employees that worked there. I was handed a cold ham and cheese sandwich so I asked the female to give a muffin instead because I don't want to eat a cold ham and cheese sandwich. So, before she took my sandwich back she made a facial expression as if it was so much work. While she was walking back to give me a muffin her supervisor told he to just give me a refund even though the muffin was less money. She also had an attitude. Now, her supervisor wanted me to go back in line to buy a muffin as if that was going to bother me. I just left because I had to catch a flight. Now, here's why this review is worth reading. The refund never went through the female that gave me my order and was instructed to give me my refund never adjusted my credit card the transaction posted to my checking account with no adjustment. I did dispute the charge and got my money back but beware of this establishment. This is not the only backlash both of them will be getting. I will contact others to inform them of their shady work ethic.
They were pretty darn busy but they cranked out my Iced Pumpkin Latte pretty darn quick. They were on it this was the best pumpkin spice iced drink I have ever had. Wow and yum!!! I am a dedicated fan of another popular coffee chain, but this drink beat them hands down! Kudos to that amazing team. Saturday- August 5th around 11:30am.
Got a small black coffee and a hot chai latte for 10.83$… Absurd prices aside, the hot coffee was completely flavorless and was scalding hot; it was completely undrinkable. The latte had okay flavor, but was completely cold, despite the employee steaming the milk for what seemed like an eternity. Overall average employee service, but you’d be better off getting your coffee anywhere else.
Helpful and friendly staff. Easy ordering process and quick turn around. Love the Winter Dreams chai latte (add a shot of espresso for added kick)
I stopped by The Coffee Bean and Tea Lead before my flight. I purchased a Cheese Bento Box which was $13.07 with tax. I was in a bit of a rush to ensure that I would be at my gate as my flight would be boarding shortly. I paid for the box and as I was walking away from the counter, I saw a roach run across it. I had to go to my gate so did not address it with the cashier. I got to my gate, boarded my plane, and sat down to eat my Cheese Bento Box. I thought it should be okay since it was sealed. I opened the box, grabbed some cheese to find out that the cheese was spoiled. I pulled the box closer to my face to realize that there was a bad smell and that some of the grapes had mold. I was not able to return to the store as I had already boarded my plane. I definitely would not recommend this location of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
