I used to love it here but after today I can safely say I won’t be going back. 1 ‘large’ chips that was about the same as you’d get in a cone and batter so undercooked it ripped through the paper and the fish fell out. Vile. £17 for an inedible lunch
I don't know what has happened to this chippy, but the fish and chips are just not good anymore.
It could be timing, we went at 4.40pm, but nothing tasted fresh or tasty, just tasted more like warmed up food.
Which is a shame, because it used to be great and the delivery service was great (no longer doing).
Will i be back? Probably not, would go to quality or Y pass chippies who do a better product.

More as ordered a large no chance . I’m assuming it’s the owner well his attitude is disgusting and needs to hang his gloves up and allow someone younger and who knows customer service to take over . If someone took over could be amazing but at the moment a good 4/10
Consistently good. Excellent value “small” fish and chips which is generously sized.
Under cooked chips are pretty gross! The crispy batter was a nice change from the thick, oily, cakey stuff I had last time. I had quiet a few inedible chips and the mushy peas were very watery.
There was a small mix up on my order (my fault) and the staff were so lovely and helped me sort it, thank you!
Fantastic Food..we drive from Malvern every Friday for the fish and chips and sit in the car and eat them....simply the best fish and chips ever. I have started to have the mixed kebab and chips in the tray, and that is equally good....highly recommended food and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Don't know whether i was unlucky but that was the worst fish and chips i have had. Both the wife and my fish was dry and chewy. I have always had plaice but never tasted like that. A big disappointment.
