I have had a great experiences with Bobbyjo as my hairdresser. She never made me feel rushed and always made sure I was happy with the results before I left. Bobbyjo is the best!
LOVE MY HAIR!!!! Alley is the best! She took the time to talk to me before cutting my hair. My mom also scheduled an appointment with Melissa and we BOTH LOVE THEM. Love the ambiance of the salon. I have had so many people jack my hair up. This salon knows what they are doing.
Two wonderful experiences with Melissa cutting & styling my hair, she really listens to what you want & what you don't want. That's a first for me. I've found my stylist for sure. I look forward to getting my hair cut, not dreading the outcome. Very clean & stylish salon. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Alley colored my hair and gave me a free hair cut because that was the special. I usually go to the loft but they aren’t good at answering the phone and as my luck had it I ended up at The Coastal Hair Salon with Alley. She by far has been the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. The color turned out amazing. I also had her style it for my graduation and those curls stayed through the next day. I highly recommend her! Thank you!!
I had my hair styled for an important event. We did a practice session and the next day the event hair style. My hair looked fabulous the day of the practice and even better the day of the event. I didn't know how I wanted it and Melissa Armbrister did a fabulous job with my up-do. I highly recommend her. Look forward to my next visit! Definitely 5 stars.
I will never go to anyone besides Ms Melissa again, she is so sweet and welcoming. She actually knows what she’s doing and I knew I was in good hands as soon as I got there! No bad vibes what so ever, and I genuinely did not see a single problem with my hair when I left. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend her to anyone who wants their hair done the right way. She fixed my orange mess and made me blonde again!!

Melissa took the time to give me a thoughtful consultation and did an amazing color correction on my hair. She gave me exactly what I asked for but when I went back a few days later requesting a few more highlights, she did it free of charge because she wanted me to love my hair and she stands behind her work. While I was at the salon, I saw Melissa's daughter Allie work on two other women and they both came out looking beautiful.
I have not had my hair professionally cut in YEARS after a bad experience at a mall salon, but I decided to try this place because it seemed to have the best online reviews in the area and my dead ends were making me miserable. Alley did such a fantastic job on my hair! She talked with me about what I wanted and really looked at my hair before doing anything, and she cut it exactly as we talked about. My hair hasn’t felt this healthy in years, the cut is absolutely perfect and easy to manage. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone and will absolutely go back in the future!
