First and foremost this is NOT a sports bar anymore. Which is a bummer. I used to come and watch my favorite teams play there and enjoy. I went there today 1/14/23 to watch the rams vs lions. I asked them to tune the TV to the game, which they did. Asked for some sound and gave me just a bit enough for me to hear. Then the waitress starts blasting her music. This is more of a seafood restaurant than anything. They should not call it a sports bar. It is so misleading.
Not the best sports bar experience I've had by a long shot! Customer service is average, the atmosphere is erie, and the bar itself isn't very clean with gnats biting ???? LTS doesn't recommend this establishment.
This place is chill. Come and have a good time. Drink, listen to music, play pool, and watch sports.
This place is a dump. I'm sorry I usually don't give out bad reviews. But my friend orders a Moscow Mule and the "bartender" had no clue what the drink was and even stated that they probably didn't have what was needed to make the drink..
We ordered 2 bottled beers and they were even that cold. You know, that cold that makes you want to order another one.
We decided to play some billiards and the typical $1 per game. 1 of the 2 tables had a complete set of billiard balls.
As we played I saw random customers walking behind the counter as if they owned the place..
The place overall looked like it had not been updated in over 10 years..
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BAR TO ANYONE!
Go hit the "Corner Bar" off of Hawthorne Blvd and 132nd..
A co-worker an I thought we would check this place out. Found out that all the beer taps was not working. Then they were out of all light beers. Then to top it off the music was so loud I could even hear the bartender and could have a conversation with my colleague. I was so disappointed.
Dope spot to come by yourself or with a couple of close friends. Love playing pool here. You will always catch me playing even by myself.
I don't like being negative about a place but this place has really nice people but not so clean at all, and the salsa made three of my family members sick. Seriously doubt that we will return.....but I wish Couch's Bar & Grill the best in the future.
Good beer. Awesome food! Friendly service. The fries are absolutely fantastic. The chicken sandwich was the best meal I have ever had from a bar! Except I am never sure if the kitchen is open or not before I come in. Supposedly it is posted up on their instagram account.
