Previously did my mot and was a brilliant service. Had bit of a panic about my clutch today but was reassured nothing was wrong and car is safe. Will definitely take my car there whenever it needs it . Glad I found a reliable garage with fantastic people
So grateful for the work on my Suzuki. Clearly really busy in the run up to Christmas but it was all done efficiently and really helpful and friendly too.

The Chop Shop has continued to be the best around and most trustworthy garage in County Durham. The extra levels of care this garage goes to is beyond belief. I feel safe when I leave my pride and joy for any mechanical work and even get them to valet which I’m extremely picky on. Service work is carried out to the tee and better than JLR in my eyes.
Costs are cheaper than other local garages as are my MOT’s

Was travelling thru the local area yesterday & I had a fault with my vehicle. I couldn’t get breakdown for a little while so I rang a few local companies who couldn’t help before coming across “Chop Shop”.
At first I was advised they were too busy which was fair enough as I was already waiting for recovery and I was a few miles away.
Surprisingly I got a phone call saying 1 of the lads was going near to where I was & could bring some sort of machine to check what the fault was.
To cut a long story short it turned out to be a simple fault they found. It was fixed before the breakdown could even arrive which I thankfully cancelled.
Can’t thank you guys enough.
Never fail to impress me the service is great.
