I ordered from this takeaway on Christmas Eve, it was ridiculously busy and so inevitably the food took longer than usual to come but the girl on the phone was brilliant and very helpful and polite. Chef should appreciate this staff member.
Order was not correct again. Took ages to get replacement after already waiting 45 minutes for incorrect order to arrive. Rest of food cold then. No apologies or anything back for their mistake. Item they sent could not be eaten due to allergies either.
Previously had issue with lettuce all shredded when should be whole for luk Sung so couldn't use. Not happy with service.
Been ordering from here for years and it's mostly been positive. Past few times the food has gone downhill. Chips seem like they've been microwaved. Time to try somewhere else i reckon.
Been ordering from chef for some time now recently noticed the quality of the food has dropped. Chicken balls I had were hard inside and difficult to bite, more dough/greese than there is chicken. Also didn’t like that the curry sauce pot wasn’t closed properly so when the driver delivered my food everything was covered in it. Just a really bad experience and I won’t be ordering again
Love this place - an old favourite of ours. Been using it on and off for years. Food is always amazing - never had a bad meal.
Food increased in price by 11% smaller containers and king prawn chow mein only 8 prawns no option to upload pics
Food is ok.. I'm allergic to mushrooms and i asked them not to put them in my food! This is the 3rd time now they've ignored that request. My food has to go into the bin because I can't be arsed to drive back to the shop as I'm hainging..
Also I've never known anyone to put cucumber in a chow mein
It used to be lovely... now not so good ..chips were hard in the middle and noodles were greasy ... Time to move on
