Are here after a 10k race recently. My girlfriend's food was nice, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was nice and a good location. You can sit by the sea with a beer and there are a few available benches as well as tables not as close to the pub. We had a sticky toffee pudding which was really good, but... My salmon dish from the specials was probably one of the worst meals I've had in a long time, including meals I cook for myself or things I buy from supermarkets and I spent over £20 for it. This is just my opinion of course, but I just think I was unlucky. They have so many good reviews for food and looking around, the other food looked good and people seemed happy, but not mine... IMHO. It was salmon with potato salad. The salmon wasn't really seasoned with anything and may have been a little over cooked. The potato salad was quite unpleasant to eat and I couldn't finish it. There was a lot of mayonnaise and it left an unpleasant greasy taste in my mouth for a while after I finished it. Luckily the very nice sticky toffee pudding helped with that.
Very friendly staff, good beer and delicious food.
UPDATE:
Visited a year on and the food was incredible and generous, not concerned about the price it's the same as where we live and the cost of everything has gone up, just glad to support the local area. Staff really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a lovely lunch!

Great pub. Friendly staff. Amazing chips and onion rings ! Just what we needed after a nice stomp. We went back for lunch another day during our stay- portions are huge kids portions would have fooled me as adult portions, not a complaint just would have ordered one for kids to share. Would highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. Beautiful view over the bay, lovely place to watch the sunset. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of gluten free options and knowledgeable staff (as well as vegan and vegetarian). Dogs welcome inside and outside. Best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time, a really big portion and tasted lovely. Will 100% be coming back here next time I am in Pembrokeshire
HOT FOOD, With great portion sizes and all Served at London Prices and I thought living in France was expensive, there you go and to think that I pay £12.50 for a 3 course meal in a restuarant with a view over Confolon Lac in the Auvergne and Fish n Chips cost £17 in West Wales ????

Called in lunchtime after walking from St Brides church. Really clean and welcoming. Had one of my favourite Welsh dishes, Cawl. Quick service. Really nice food. Good choice of drinks. Dogs welcome too, although on the harder flooring area (fair enough)

The steak is amazing here...and the garlic sauce is drinkable! We visited based on another trip advisor review and it didn't disappoint. Lovely staff, customers and music. Roaring fire place.. perfect when a lot of places close mid week in March, which we were surprised at. You also get more value for money than other pubs that we found a bit over priced in the area. Will definitely return on our next visit to Little Haven!
What a wonderful welcome we got at The Castle!
Our family (two adults, two children and young dog) were happily invited inside by friendly staff. It's take service inside, but order at the bar if you choose to sit in the sun.
We ordered some incredible starters; whitebait for us to share, and garlic bread with cheese for my hungry kids. Both were fantastic and really well priced, both for quality and quantity.
The children's meal options were the usual options, but the chicken nuggets contained actual cuts of chicken, none of this pressed and shaped McDonald's mush that most chains serve up and both my kids were full (and that's saying something!).
Hubby and I both had the lunchtime sandwich options; I chose prawns, he chose cheese.
They were served with chips, which again were hand cut and fried on site for maximum taste.
We were very impressed with both our meals.
My only regret? There was no room left for dessert. ????
