Great little pub, really friendly, full sky package for sports and a well kept pint

Fantastic and welcoming atmosphere. Catered for myself and work friends on many an occasion while we were staying in the lovely Cannock. The gammon was top drawer, the pints were fresh and the pork scratchings were fabulous. If I could give more stars, i would, in fact, it would be the whole sky! Will definitely be visiting on my next pleasureful break to Cannock. Love, Tommy T ❤️
What a great pub. Traditional old style local, people using it were socialising welcoming snd friendly. I went to an evening of karaoke hosted by the landlady. Could not have enjoyed it more.
Wonderful friendly pub, but oh so desperate in need of a revamp. The potential at the castle is massive. With so many new properties going up locally this could be the hub of the area. Take a visit? The beers are limited, usual stuff, Guiness, Coors and Stella. Drear and tired interior, a pool table which takes up most of the back room. This pub is an absolute goldmine. Unfortunately there seems to be no prospector. A massive loss.
Where does one start with the castle inn. It’s a place of wonders. In fact, I think one of my new seven wonders of the world.

The gammon they cooked specifically for my associates and I tasted like it came straight from Gordan Ramsey’s oven.
