Sat and waited for my appointment time in the comfortable chair. Physio called my name and we went for a chat about what should be done next. Physio was very nice, explained what the next step would be more beneficial for me which I totally agreed with. He did the referral to get things started and then we chatted more so I knew what would happen. He made me feel very relaxed and confident about the next step. I thanked the physio then returned to my car and went home feeling much relieved . Later that night I got a message on my mobile to say the referral had been sent. Thankyou very much

I had an appointment with a physio and arrived on time...There was no reception oñ the 2nd floor and was told to wait. Half hour later by mere chance a similar name was called out..I was then told the physio I was seeing had not turned up and none of the other physios could help Not the service I expected!!!
Once I found it was excellent, I'm not familiar with Calvert Lane itself so first went to the medical centre where a very helpful receptionist told me exactly where it was and once there my appointment was handled very well by an extremely pleasant and helpful member of the medical profession.
Was struggling big time got appointment within an hour of calling saw a doctor who gave me a correct diagnosis medication and an appointment with a physio which was much needed and appreciated ????????
What an absolutely brilliant medical centre was so clean & the protocols they have still in place make you feel so safe, Sarah who was the physio i was seeing was absolutely outstanding in her profession she was very gentle with my knee & even took a look at my right ankle which was massively swollen for some reason cannot wait for my follow-up appointment.
Limited parking plus no reception. Patients arrive and have no knowledge of what to do. This is the same with the Wilberforce Centre.
