It doesn't have the greatest appearance, but the views from the windows are beautiful! I ordered a Tuna Mayonnaise and sweetcorn sandwich on brown bread, and it was delicious. I also ordered a pot of tea for 1, and I was able to fill 2 cups. The service was very pleasant and conscientious. The only downside for me was the cost, it was slightly on the high side.
I was there earlier today and bought a sandwich (tuna and sweet corn), lemonade and 3 items of hand made craft. It was the best made sandwich ive ever had! What I bought for a gift is beautiful and cant get any more local - it was made by one of the owners. Really lovely place to stop by.
Had red pepper, tomato and lentil soup… yum! Homemade bread. All amply in supply and well priced. To top it a lime cheesecake. Absolutely delish! And nice people too????
Takeaway only but great food, Amazing soup and sandwiches. Cracking view from the picnic bench outside too.
Soup is always a favourite, and the sandwiches are always busting full of fillings.
The cafe owners were really accommodating for our group. We reached 10 mins before closing and they agreed to stay open for a bit longer. I liked their coffee and walnut cake. They have a range of cakes and teas. They also have a souvenir shop.
The Caley Cafe is run by a lovely couple, always welcoming, with a smile, everything homemade, or will get you want if they can, just the place to stop for lunch, they do a mean sandwich, and their soup is the best, plus he bakes his own BREAD, go see for yourself you won't be disappointed. Due to the current virus situation they are only doing takeaway food and drink, but it's still good food, and
freshly made, soups cakes sandwiches, just pop round the corner and you can sit and have your lunch looking out over the
Kyle, what more could you want, the most beautiful views and scenery, and good food too.
Lovely local cafe serving great homemade food. Soup was delicious, tasty toasties and huge bits of cake. All well priced.
Also has local crafts, cards etc for sale.
