Best KPortal Reviews
Never wrote a review before, but felt compelled to this time.... Probably the most friendliest and most welcoming pub we've ever been to!! Big family walk on Easter Sunday, and stumbled across this pub. Stopped for a drink and ended up a fantastic sunday roast, a few drinks and a few games of pool. Staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Definitely popping back before the holiday is over.
Best country pub I've been to in a long time. The food was outstanding and at a great price too.
The atmosphere is fantastic. 110% would recommend.
Our first visit to The Cadeleigh Arms for a Wedding Anniversary meal. As they are so dog friendly, we also took along our pooch, Tripp. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel extremely welcome. A fantastic menu and the quality of the food was terrific, with most ingredients sourced locally.
Also they have a great wine list and an extensive list of guns and other drinks.
Tripp loved his liver and veg supper
The staff and owners deserve high praise. It is the best pub we have visited for a long, long time and will definitely be back there soon
Absolutely brilliant pub! The food was incredible, and the staff were so friendly. I will definitely be returning as I couldn't rate this pub any higher!!
We were staying about 1 mile from rhis village pub. On our last stay we booked for an evening meal & I mentioned we had a 17wk old puppy as well. We received a lovely warm welcome from the owner & what a joy it was. A lovely window table with a lovely comfy thick bed for puppy as well. Menu's & wine list (even a doggie menu) ❤️on table & a few dog treats!!!!! The food was absolutely delicious & very well presented. Wish we lived nearer to this establishment as it was amazing. Well done to all staff & what a pleasure it was to dine at yours. X
We visited The Cadeleigh Arms with my son and his partner having received good reviews about their vegan food. We live in Exmouth so it was quite a journey to get there but we'll worth it. We couldn't fault the food or the service and will definitely visit again.
My best dining experience of the year (and we've been to some good places!).
Griddled mackerel with Jerusalem artichoke shavings to start. It was wonderfully fresh and tasty.
Pan fried bass with a fennel and pastis puree was utterly delicious
I finished with an autumn fruit cheesecake with pistachio. All three dishes were lick-the-plate-clean good, the beer and cider were well kept, and there was a great selection of wine and soft drinks.
The service was attentive, friendly and not overbearing.
The Cadeleigh is a great pub/restaurant and well worth a visit.
A wonderful, friendly, cosy village pub, serving local beer and cider, this pub is run by the community, the food really was excellent! We will certainly be back!
