Beautiful country pub with superb food and drinks. Live music, karaoke & DJ’s on select occasions. Very helpful and informative staff. A cracking country pub in the heart of the English countryside.
Beautiful food, friendly staff and owners. A very welcoming family friendly pub with a lovely beer garden for the summer months and a gorgeous log fire to keep you warm on the colder nights. Regular live music and karaoke nights. A great range of beers and ciders, ales and spirits and they make a great coffee too! If you’ve got room left after you’ve smashed a roast dinner, button burger stack, steak or a pizza, squeeze in a dessert… you won’t regret it, the syrup sponge is amazing!!
Great location just off a walk path from the lovely Wyre Forest. Service was great and the person serving was polite and attentive. Food is decent priced but I didn't like the Cajun burger, the spicing was just right but the chicken was dry and over cooked on the edges. The Chips could be better and home made. Beer garden is nice and spaced out tables. Nice clean toilets on site is always nice.
Visited for drinks with our two dogs late afternoon. Lovely atmosphere. Very friendly welcome. Will definitely return.

This is a tiny local pub with limited seating. However it's in a great location...we went for a forest walk after lunch. The food was surprisingly good and whilst the service was a bit slow (they were very busy) staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable We used the pub as a halfway meeting place between Bristol and North Wales.
I would meet there again.
A traditional warm welcome on a chilly winter Sunday afternoon. Very popular for Sunday roasts until 5pm
