I really like their fish and ships : it's massive (if you're not too hungry the little one will be ok) , the fish tastes so fresh and the summum is the traditionnal peas they had over it. I'm fond of it. Staff is very kind to the customer. Tastes always good since years. Definitively one of my favorite.
Absolutely love this place staff are extremely friendly and food is amazing. Come here for my lunch during work as I only work up the road and service is always quick. Would definitely recommend

Ordered 2 x chips sausage and curry, we got chips sausage and gravy instead. Last night me and husband were both being sick and the other way (this was the only thing we both ate the same of). Will never go to this chippy again obviously serving undercooked food which has led to me and my husband having food poisoning. I have a 1 year old son and gave him a bit of my sausage and his nappys are diarrhoea as well. Avoid this place.
Not very accommodating service from the young guy on the counter seemed like everything is to much trouble for him!!
Amazing place to run and get a bite to eat while in town or on a lunch break, amazing food and coffee, staff are so lovely and welcoming and nice quick and easy if in a rush.

Supposed to be a large chips come this place all the time not happy at all like you have served me small chips when I’ve asked for a large and med chips
I live in west kirby and use the marigold. This chippy has the edge over it. Much better chips and the curry is more tasty. Lovely crispy fish and great prices. Wish it was in west kirby!!
